RIP AUNTY GWEN |
July 22, 2012 |
Dear Aunty Gwen,
I mean, what can I say? You have been there for our family since day one. You gave me the name Obongobong. You were so caring, soft spoken and understanding, and this are the qualities that makes you quite outstanding amongst others. I remember when we were living in 6002 Rampart, I use to do everything with you. I love you so much and will miss you. I'm going to do my best not to dissapoint you in Jesus Mighty name I pray, Amen. Rest well my beautiful aunt of an angel.
Fondest love,
Poppy Sanosi.

My Lovely sister inlaw, I strongly believe you are wacthing over us. You are our guiding angel.
Your mission on earth was to serve and indeed you served. You have finally found everlasting peace.
No more pain, no more sorrow, no more sickness. I also know you are in the most beautiful place at the moment
that, even if the good Lord ask you to come back to earth you will say "NO"beacuse you have found everlasting peace and joy that you never experience on the surface of earth. Rest well my dear.
Dear Auntie Gwen rest in peace where you're supposed to be, but you weren't supposed to leave. I know you are watching us now and forever. May God be with you Auntie Gwen.
Gwen, we did not have a chance to prepare or say our goodbyes. Ther is a little glimmer of light that will forever be missing from our family. Your life was cut short, but in the short time that you were here on earth, you brought much joy to all who knew you. It's so funny that I "carried" you so much as a child, but it is your memory that I will "carry" through good times and bad. You are a standard example of a good sister. One who is her siblings best friends, who is there for a sibling -or anyone- when that person needs a shoulder to lean on or a person willing to share a laugh. Gwen I will miss you very much. Farewell sister, and may God travel with you.
Bro Mike.

OUR LAST SUPER. |
July 18, 2012 |
We dripped into Dorothy's house like rain; running late, one at a time.
Betty, Joe, Feli, Hed, and mamiambahe. And lo! surprise! surprise! who is travelling?
Oh! oh! Gwen is leaving Houston for Nigeria. Hmmm! We will miss her!
It was time and day for OPSAHouston to give thanks to God almighty,
for Dorothy's sucessful sojourn in hospital. We prayed with Doro.;
we sang, and the Holy Ghost came down!
We ate with Gwen, and talked; and thanked her for her care-giving expertise,
and bade her goodbye.
GOODBYE GWEN, GOODBYE.
